Personalization Instructions

Please indicate letters or numbers in the Enter Personalization text field.  All letters are in caps.  Dates can be stamped with asterick or dots, for example: 5*26*06 (asterisk style) or 5.26.06 (dots style), please specify.  When using the word "and" please specify as "and" or "&", for example: ES & CR or ES and CR.
