Because each Baby Emi Jewelry piece is handcrafted and customized to your specifications, orders are completed within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. We operate everyday Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a notice via email once your order has been received and when it will be sent or if there has been a delay.
We offer two shipping options: 1) USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 4 - 9 business days for delivery for $4.00 and 2) USPS Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation and typically takes 2 - 4 business days for $7.00. Please plan accordingly on orders that are for gift giving or special occasions.
We can rush your order for an additional surcharge of 20% of your product order amount (not including shipping). This will place your order above queue and will be handled as quickly as possible. Typically, we turn rush orders around in 2 to 3 days. We recommend choosing priority shipping when rushing your order to ensure timely delivery. For Canadian customers, we are happy to ship your order via basic USPS Letter Post mail for $11.00 USD and USPS Global Priority Mail for $20.00.
